Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 — Parties

1.2. Buyer

The Buyer is the user who registers on the CampusGate platform and completes the payment transaction. Buyer information is the information provided during registration and payment.

Article 2 — Subject

This agreement determines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of digital services purchased by the Buyer through exam.campusgate.com.tr, in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 — Services

Digital services offered through CampusGate:

• Online exam preparation (CENT-S, IMAT, SAT, BOCCONI, TIL-I, TIL-A)
• Mock exam access packages
• Exam access tokens
• Personalized study programs
• Performance analytics

Service specifications, pricing, and payment methods are displayed on the payment page prior to purchase.

Article 4 — Price & Payment

• Fees are collected at the prices displayed on the platform at time of purchase
• All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL), VAT included
• Payments are processed via iyzico using credit or debit cards
• Card information is not stored by CampusGate; all card data is processed by iyzico per PCI DSS standards

Article 5 — Delivery

Purchased digital services are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Delivery is accomplished by granting access to the user's CampusGate account and activating the relevant service.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 53/ğ of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once performance of digital content has begun.

The Buyer acknowledges that the digital service will be delivered immediately upon order confirmation and that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised under these circumstances.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases:

• Service access was never provided due to technical reasons
• Duplicate payment was charged
• Incorrect amount was charged

Article 7 — General Provisions

• The Buyer acknowledges having reviewed all service specifications, pricing, and payment terms prior to purchase
• This agreement enters into force upon electronic confirmation by the Buyer
• The Seller is responsible for timely delivery of services, except in cases of force majeure
• The Buyer agrees to comply with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Article 8 — Personal Data

Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and GDPR regulations as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Personal data is not shared with third parties except as required for service delivery.

Article 9 — Dispute Resolution

Turkish Republic laws apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.

Article 10 — Effective Date

This agreement enters into force on the date it is electronically confirmed by the Buyer. A copy is accessible at any time through the platform.
