CampusGate is a digital exam preparation platform. All purchased services are digital content and online services. There is no physical product delivery.

Delivery

All digital services are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. Exam access tokens are automatically assigned to your account and become available immediately. Payments are processed through iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

• Exam access: Instant
• Token activation: Instant
• Subscription start: Immediate from payment

Refund Policy

In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised once digital content delivery has begun (Art. 53/ğ). Refunds are not available after exam access has been granted or a token has been used.

Eligible Refund Cases

• Service access was never provided due to technical reasons
• Purchased service has not been used (token unused, exam not started)
• Duplicate payment was charged
• Incorrect amount was charged due to system error

Refund Process

• Submit refund requests to [email protected]
• Include your payment ID and account information
• Requests are reviewed within 7 business days
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method
• Refund amount reflects in your account within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Cases

• Exam access has been granted and exam started
• Exam token has been used
• More than 14 days since purchase
• Account suspended due to security violation

Payment Security

All payments are processed through iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Credit card information is never stored on CampusGate servers. iyzico is a BRSA-licensed payment institution and PCI DSS compliant.
